"you"). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following
terms.
We provide professional cleaning services including upholstery,
furniture, carpet, and car seat cleaning across Adelaide.
1. Services Provided
OzCleanery Services Pty Ltd provides:

Car seat cleaning (mobile service)

Carpet cleaning

NDIS-approved services (where applicable)
All services are carried out with care, using professional equipment
and industry-standard techniques.
2. Bookings & Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on information provided at the
time

Final pricing may vary depending on size, condition, and
additional requirements

Bookings are subject to availability
-
Same-day services may be limited
3. Furniture & Access Requirements
To ensure safe and efficient service:

Clients must provide a safe, clear, and accessible working
area

All areas must be free from hazards, obstructions, and safety
risks
-
Restricted or unsafe access may result in rescheduling or service
refusal
Furniture Moving Policy

We do not move or reposition heavy furniture as part of
standard service

Moving furniture can be arranged for an additional fee

We are not liable for damage if moving furniture not arranged
in advance
4. Stain Removal & Results Disclaimer
While we aim for the best results:

Not all stains, marks, or odours can be fully removed

Results depend on: Material type, Age and condition, Level of
staining or neglect
We do not guarantee complete removal of:

Long-term stains
-
Severe wear or lack of maintenance
We restore items to the best possible condition achievable.
5. Mobile & Commercial Service Conditions

Adequate space must be provided for equipment setup

Unsafe or unsuitable conditions may result in service refusal or
rescheduling

Commercial or NDIS locations must comply with workplace safety
standards
6. NDIS / Commercial Clauses

Services may be provided under NDIS plans, in which case NDIS
service agreements and consent forms are required before work
commences

Clients must provide all necessary support information and
confirm NDIS eligibility

Commercial clients may require risk assessments or site-specific
instructions
-
Any additional equipment, access, or insurance requirements must
be confirmed before service
7. Payments

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise
agreed

A deposit may be required to secure your booking

Methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, or agreed
alternative

Late payments may incur additional fees
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or
changes

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee

We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Damage Waiver
Clients acknowledge that OzCleanery Services Pty Ltd uses professional
equipment and methods. Clients accept that:

Pre-existing damage may exist

Fragile or delicate items may be at risk

Furniture, carpets, or upholstery may not be fully restored in
cases of severe wear or prolonged neglect
Damage Waiver Agreement:
By booking our services, you agree to release OzCleanery Services
Pty Ltd from liability for:

Limited stain removal due to material condition

Minor incidental damage during standard cleaning

Furniture movement not arranged in advance
10. Liability

We take all reasonable care during cleaning

We are not liable for results limited by material type, age, or

Clients must inform us of any fragile, antique, or delicate

11. Safety & Access

Clients must ensure a safe and hazard-free work environment

We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe

All staff comply with occupational health and safety
